TO REGISTER FOR A RITES OF PASSAGE PROGRAM
Tuition does not include transportation to and from the wilderness, restaurant meals the group may eat together, or campground fees (except for residential retreats). 

LETTER OF INTENT
Write an intention statement describing why you wish to undertake the program, and mail it with your Program Registration. In doing so, you are beginning the process of clarifying your purpose, an essential component of any conscious life passage.

RISK AND LIABILITY
Rites of Passage carries required liability insurance and obtains permits with land managers on BLM, Forest Service, and National Park lands.  We cannot assume responsibility for the behavior of participants on a Rites of Passage program.  Participants should carry their own medical and accident insurance, and must sign a liability release form.  Those who take prescription medications, or have other health concerns, should check with their physicians before registering.

TUITION POLICY
We require a deposit to secure a place in any program.  This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable, because of the limited spaces on each program, and as a measure of a genuine commitment to participate.

We accept checks and major credit cards.  For 2010, the full tuition for all 9 day Vision Quest programs is $1,195, with a $250 non-refundable deposit.  To encourage early registration, we offer a $100 discount for registration 4 months in advance.  Tuition includes all food except restaurant meals.  See the program schedule for other programs' tuition.  Payment balance is due 30 days before a program commences.  We will refund tuition balance up to the 30 day period only.  We accept major credit cards; just fill out the credit card information on the form.
