This nature-based program is held in retreat centers throughout the United States that have been specifically selected for their settings in natural beauty. Quest for Leadership will help you to understand your calling and the contribution you long to make to the world as a leader in this time of immense challenge, change, and opportunity.
Who Would Benefit
• Leaders in business, non-profit, educational, or government positions who wish to take their work to a new level by bringing their whole self to the challenge.
• Teams that are looking for ways to strengthen their internal relationships by understanding the value of balance in organizations.
What You Will Take Home
• A deeper appreciation of the innate leader that you already are.
• An understanding of how your leadership role might fit into a bigger picture of connectivity with others and the Earth.
• Tools that you can begin using immediately to strengthen and deepen your relationships in your work, your family, and your community.
Course Structure
• Four days and three nights beginning at 2:00 p.m. on the first day and concluding with lunch on the fourth.
• Open to individuals or groups - maximum size is 20.
Cost includes course fees, lodging, and all meals beginning with dinner on day one and ending with lunch on day four.
Learning Approach
• Group process and experiential.
• Time in nature for reflection and solitude.
• Program leaders will support participants in processing their experiences.
• Utilizes the application of council circle as a communication tool.
• Utilizes proven model derived from indigenous and pan-cultural teachings.
